- Start your Outlook 2010 and go to the “File” tab.
- From there, you need to choose “Info”.

- Launch Outlook > File > File > Add Account.
- You have now the “Add New Account” wizard on the screen.
- Here, you need to choose the option “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and click “Next”.
- This will open the “Choose Service” page, with “Internet E-Mail” selected by default.
- Now, click “Next”.
- You will now be prompted to enter Your Name and Email Address in the respective fields, under “User Information”.
- Under “Logon Information”, you need to – enter your complete email address in the “User Name” text box and enter “Password” in the password text box. You can click “Remember Password” if you want Outlook to remember your login password.

Spectrum Email Settings Outlook 2013, 2016, and 2019 – Automatic Configuration
The automatic configuration steps are mentioned below.
- Start your Outlook and go to the “File” tab.
- From there, you need to choose “Info”.
- Now, click on the “Account Settings” option.
- Select the “Account Settings” option from the drop-down list.
- Click on the tab “Email” and select “New”.
- Under the “Auto Account Setup” option, you will have the “Email Account” section where you need to enter the following details –
- Your Name: Enter your complete or full name in the appropriate box.
- Your Email Address: Enter your complete or full email address in the appropriate box.
- Password: Enter your Spectrum email account password in the appropriate box.
- Retype Password: Enter your Spectrum email account password again in the appropriate box.
- Save This Password in Your Password List: Outlook will automatically enter your email password.
- As you click on the “Next” button, Outlook will begin the “Auto Account Setup” process. Here are the instructions to add your Spectrum account manually on Outlook.
- Start your Outlook and go to the “File” tab.
- From there, you need to choose “Info”.
